Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Ohvara, operated by Brayden A. Freeman, helps independent insurance agents schedule and carry out the call that cancels a client's old policy when the client switches to a new one. This page explains what information we handle and why.
What we collect
- Name, phone number and email address of clients and of the agents who use Ohvara.
- The policy details a client or agent gives us so the cancellation call can be made, such as the previous carrier and policy information.
- Records of calls and messages we make or send, including the date, time and outcome.
Why we use it
We use this information to schedule and carry out the cancellation call, to keep clients and agents informed (confirmations, reminders and follow-ups), and to operate and secure our service.
Who sees it
Information is seen by the client's agent, by Ohvara's staff, and by service providers that deliver calls, text messages and email for us and may only use it for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
We send text messages about a cancellation call a client asked for, and invitations to agents. See Text messaging for how consent works and how to opt out.
Copies and deletion
To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, email design@ohvara.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
