Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Ohvara's website and services. Ohvara is operated by Brayden A. Freeman in Texas.

What Ohvara does

Ohvara supports independent insurance agents when a client switches policies, by scheduling the call and helping cancel the old policy with the previous carrier. Ohvara is not an insurer or an insurance agency and does not sell insurance or give insurance advice.

Using the service

You agree to give accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. Agents are responsible for having their clients' permission before asking Ohvara to act on a client's behalf.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is. Whether a policy is cancelled depends on the carrier, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or timing.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.

Who sends the texts. Ohvara sends them.

What they are. Messages about a policy-cancellation call the client asked for (confirmations, reminders, and "we couldn't reach you, tap to reschedule" follow-ups), and invitations to agents who use Ohvara.

How a person agrees. A client agrees to receive these texts when they ask their agent to switch their policy and give their phone number for that call. An agent agrees when they ask for an invite.

How often. Message frequency varies with the call. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email design@ohvara.com.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See also our Privacy Policy.
